Students and teachers will enjoy this growing collection of classroom activities, which describe the many different aspects of severe space weather and how it impacts our modern era. These activities include the review of a variety of math and reading skills in grades 6-12. They should be viewed as supplements and extensions to the standard math and reading curriculum. Activities can also be combined as needed to create an actual multi-day lesson on the human and technological impacts of space weather.

For additional math problems visit the Space Science Problem of the Week archive for 2007.
